The I-10/I-95 Interchange from Stockton Street and the Fuller Warren Bridge to Adams Street is currently under construction. The project will not only increase the capacity of the Interchange but will also eliminate many of the current cross-lane weaving movements that drivers must negotiate as they use the current interchange. Interstate 95 (I-95) is the primary north-south limited-access highway on Floridas Atlantic coastline, providing linkage between numerous metropolitan areas including: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Jacksonville. Within northeast Florida, I-95 forms the north-south spine through St. Johns and Duval Counties.

The railroad crossing on State Road (S.R.) 206, between I-95 and U.S. 1 in St. Johns County, is scheduled to be replaced and will close the road for four days starting next weekend, according to Florida Department of Transportation.
